Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. I believe strongly that the money I have in the bank...

I believe strongly that the money I have in the bank ( online current account and ISA) will be put to good use I.e. investment in institutions and small businesses that fulfil the criteria of Triodos’ strong environmental and ethical aspirations. i always had helpful people on the other end of a phone line when there were any problems with access to my accounts. Right from the get-go...

Ever since I've held a Triodos Current Account, I have been pleases with their transparency, such as the monthly fee, how easy if is to communicate with them, whether by online message or telephone, and how easy and seemless it is to support ethical banking whilst going about my day-to-day life. Love the eco debit card made from recycled plants too! Current Account Switch service makes switching all the more accessible and simple. Reviewed on: 26th March 2024

I haven't had a single issue with Triodos.

I haven't had a single issue with Triodos. I have a Personal Current Account and a Savings Account. The app is easy to use and informative. I made the switch from the bank with the worst historical fossil fuel investment record, so I am very happy that my savings aren't being used to passively invest in dirty industries.
