Triodos have been brilliant.

Triodos have been brilliant. The company, the app, the customer experience have all more than exceeded expectations. Every interaction has been great, and completely hassle-free. And it’s great to be with a bank that is committed to doing good in the world. Not only are Triodos completely transparent but they send regular communications containing updates, insights, information on projects they’re involved with and other content customers would find relevant. Outstanding customer service, values and practice.

I very much like that Triodos is fair and transparent, eg charging every current account holder just £3 a month for their service rather than quietly penalising customers that overdraw with large charges and high interest rates. Their customer service is excellent: prompt (no waiting in telephone queues), in-house and in the UK (no difficulty with language barriers), and always very helpful and friendly. I also love that Triodos only invests ethically, progressively, and sustainably, is completely transparent in who they invest with, and is working too to change banking practices and culture more broadly to be fit for a better future for us all.
