It has been easy to set up, and works with no hassle.

It has been easy to set up, and works with no hassle. I would however like for there to be an option to export my bank statement in CSV or some other spreadsheet format from the phone app so I can enter the details easier into my accounting software. I have not yet discovered the option for this anyway, though it may already be present. Reviewed on: 20th January 2024

Wouldn't bank anywhere else

I was one of the first customers to open a current account with Triodos because of their ethical credentials and have been delighted with the ease of managing my account using the online website and the app. Plus it is always easy to contact someone in person if I need a little extra help. Service has been reliable .nice to know your money is helping good causes while you bank.
