An ethical bank with 5 star service

Mostly online but have had to call a couple of times and wonderful customer service, so helpful and friendly. I love knowing my money is invested ethically but with 5 star service from my bank. An easy way to contribute to an ethical way of life.

Despite the monthly fee and the lack of overdraft, the banking model is fair and ethical. This is a business, not a charity, and I feel comfortable doing business with them. Above all, it offers an easy way to contribute to an ethical way of life. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Transparent, kind and secure

What a beautiful alternative to all the non transparent, unethical banks! My experience with Triodos has only been positive. The website and app has been easy to use, customer service personable and helpful, and the security keypad is easy to use. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025
