Ethical banking with great customer service

I love the fact that I can really trust my money is being used for positive change. At first I baulked at the small fee, but it's less than one coffee a month and having lived in Europe I know a fee for a current account is standard in other countries. The app is great, you get texts about everything important, and when you need to speak to someone they are very helpful. Highly highly recommend! Reviewed on: 17th January 2024

I have banked with Triodos since it opened in UK

I have banked with Triodos since it opened in UK, and have consistently found them polite and helpful, not only this but they are transparent in their dealings. I'm proud to bank with the Triodos

I'm proud to bank with the Triodos, they have inspirational values, the monthly fee is really low, they answer the phone quickly when you call for help, the bank statements are really clear and informative (eg show the exchange rate etc with foreign payments).
