This is an excellent bank that I can feel confident in. Help and support is always available by friendly staff over the phone. I believe that Triodos Bank is transparent in where it is investing my money and that it supports environmental and social enterprise organisations that are improving people's lives. Have been a loyal customer for years in the Netherlands and for years now in the UK, it's good to have a bank that is so transparent, ethical and supportive of local initiatives. Ethical with great customer service.

In addition to great - fast and personal - customer service, I like the transparency Triodos offers in their policy making as well as how they invest. I don’t want my money to be invested in things that make the world a worse place, both in terms of the climate crisis, biodiversity and weapons used for waging wars. Reviewed on: 17th January 2024
