Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Ethical banking with great customer service

I love the fact that I can really trust my money is being used for positive change. At first I baulked at the small fee, but it's less than one coffee a month and having lived in Europe I know a fee for a current account is standard in other countries. I have banked with Triodos since it opened in UK

I have banked with Triodos since it opened in UK, and have consistently found them polite and helpful, not only this but they are transparent in their dealings. I'm proud to bank with the Triodos

I'm proud to bank with the Triodos, they have inspirational values, the monthly fee is really low, they answer the phone quickly when you call for help, the bank statements are really clear and informative (eg show the exchange rate etc with foreign payments). The most important thing for me is that they are a truly ethical bank and I know they are working to protect and nurture all Life on Earth. Reviewed on: 17th January 2024
