Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Ethical with great customer service.

In addition to great - fast and personal - customer service, I like the transparency Triodos offers in their policy making as well as how they invest. I love the fact that my money is a force for good

I love the fact that my money in my Triodos Bank Account is safe and on top of that, it is a force for good and not destroying the planet behind my back. Banking with the top ethical bank

Very good to think that you are banking with the most ethical bank available. It is reliable and safe as you would expect a bank to be. It is a telephone/Internet bank, so the phone lines must be available when you need them. Response times are ok. I have had to wait sometimes, but this is acceptable. When I am speaking to a bank official, they are knowledgeable and are willing to refer to their seniors if they can't answer my question. I do sometimes find their systems for managing the account rather cumbersome and not as slick as other banks. But I am aware the bank is small relative to the big operators. I am prepared to put up with this and I live in hope that more customers will flood in to increase the Bank's resources. I also have an Isa with Triodos, where I admire its ethical use of their profits. Reviewed on: 17th January 2024

No Greenwashing here!

Triodos have a tried and tested ethical policy which we support and have a good record for investing in "green" projects. We use them to support such projects where we can. Reviewed on: 17th January 2024
