A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. A bank with principles.

A bank with principles. Unlike most banks Triodos exists to serve it's customers. It begins with things like charging a £3 month fee. You might say well that isn't very customer friendly but it is because they spread the cost of running the bank across all customers, not just the ones who are overdrawn. They have an app so you can see your transactions on the move. They still have a little way to go for example they don't support apple/google pay and their website has a split personality as they roll out the the new version. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Good value and good values

The bank account was easy to set up and the staff were friendly when I had an issue logging into my account early on. I like their approach and the ethical and environmentally friendly way that they do banking. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Fantastic ethical bank

Have banked with Triodos for over 10 years, wanting an ethical bank. Can't fault the customer service, dealing with a call centre that can actually help and not just fob you off.. Good online app, feels very secure. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024
