I like that my money is not funding wars

I like knowing my money is not being used to fund wars and the oil and arms industries. I don’t have much money, but I can use it to “vote” by banking ethically. The small monthly fee is worth it. Only thing I miss is being able to pay cash into my account. I’d also like a breakdown of finances and the ability to see my income vs expenditure in the app. Currently statements can only be viewed online, not in the app, and the online login is much harder for me because my keypads doesn’t work correctly or I’ve forgotten memorablem information so I can never see my monthly expenditure and work out budgeting. I’m sure a quick call to customer services would enable me to login but I’d rather have the option to see it in the app. N26 have an awesome app but are not available in the UK and I’m not sure how ethical they are. Look nowhere else for truly sustainable banking.

If you're concerned about ethical and sustainable banking, this is as good as it gets. Yes, we pay monthly. That's a transparent, honest and small amount with no unneeded bloat products attached. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

My favourite bank to make a difference

My favourite bank to make a difference. I have found no other ethical bank that I would feel trust to manage my money other than Triodos, and the interest rates on my online saver account far outperformed what I had previously whilst also giving me confidence that the money I save with Triodos is not used in investments I wouldn't support. I have recommend them to my friends who have a similar interest in making a difference through the bank they use, but I do find the extend time to receive and send money to other bank accounts puts of a lot of people I've talked to and find inconvenient myself. To made a significant lead in my user experience I believe payments will need to go through quicker and the app should have a better, modern appearance with more features. However day-to-day spending with my personal account and the online savers account have been great! Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Ethical banking is hugely important
