Clarity in Personal Banking

Excellent service from the ethical leader

I switched my current account to Triodos from Smile (Co-Op) a few years ago and haven't regretted it for a moment - the account is easily & elegantly managed online, if a telephone chat is ever required it is quickly & cheerily answered by one of the team, and you can be secure in the knowledge that your money is being managed for the sustainable benefit of planet & people ;-) Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Sleep easy with ethical banking!

I have only had to contact customer services a couple of times for advice - they were very swift with their response and very helpful. I love the fact that I can see exactly what and who Triodos invest in on their website. they have helped projects in my local area. We have banked with Triodos for over 7 years and it has always been excellent.
