Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Great ethical bank

I have not had any problems banking with Triodos in all the years I have been with them. The app is very user-friendly and the security process means I can confidently shop online. I love the fact that their investments are totally ethical and are made to local small-medium businesses. Excellent customer service and attention to detail

Triodos have real people at the end of the phone who are willing to help you in any way possible, their customer service is second to none and their attention to detail also great. The app makes payments easy and you can keep an eye on all your incomings and outgoings - it also helps you if you’ve forgotten to make a payment as you can check when your last one was… Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Ethical banking

My husband and I have had a current account with Triodos since it was introduced and have always been pleased with it. It’s straightforward to operate, secure and above all ethical. High quality, guilt-free banking

I banked with a high street bank for 28 years before opening accounts with Triodos. The high street bank offered excellent service but was far from ethical. I kept my old accounts open in case my Triodos experiment didn't pan out, but there was no need.
