I chose to open a current account with TRIODOS because of its ethics. I like everything about my account - it was very easy to open and is so simple to access my account online for checking my balance and paying bills. l prefer the upfront monthly fee rather than the costs being hidden elsewhere. Good experience of the Triodos current account...

I have a Triodos current account from the moment they became available. Through out that time I have never had any problems of any sort in operating the account. There is a monthly fee for the account but I feel this Is an honest and clear way of showing banking is not free. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Customer service improving all the time.

Customer service has got better over the years. Many glitches with getting to used to online banking were handled kindly. Most recently when asked to send a summary of how a foreign transfer could received the call handler completed the task and sent an email via secure method very efficiently. Thank you.
