Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Triodos is efficient, effective and ethical...thank you

Triodos has been our bank for nearly three years now and we have been very satisfied. Our security is cared for with any suspicious activity highlighted immediately and a strong adherence to the '10th-contactless-payment-requires-a-card-insertion' rule. Customer service calls have been efficient, effective and personable. When I had an issue with money being taken out of my account by a suspicious third party the process of recuperation of the funds was straightforward and speedy. Communications are timely and clear. An efficient bank that looks after its customers while using their funds ethically. Thank you for being there as an alternative to the rest. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Excellent experiences

Excellent customer service when I have needed to contact them. Very good explanations of their products, but I've never felt like they are being pushy. I feel like I can trust their intentions as a business, and what my money is being used for. The drawback is that they have a more limited range of products on offer compared to some of the larger banks, and whilst the internet banking app works well sometimes you have to revert to the old online banking to do some things Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Banking with Triodos has been totally hassle free.

Banking with Triodos has been totally hassle free. Also it enables me to bank conscience free as the Tridos Ethical stance is strong. There is no interest on a current account and also there is a £3 monthly chage but I can live with that and worth it for the bank's ethivcal credentials. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

We love Triodos - a genuinely ethical bank

We have banked with Triodos for many years starting with ISAs before their current account facilities were available. Quite simply, we have never had a problem. Occasional queries are always answered with courtesy, efficiency and in simple terms. Excellent bank, highly recommended

I’ve had an online savings account for years and have recently opened a current account. I’ve been so impressed with their efficiency, from quickly sorting out a small error to giving advice and explanation when I’ve needed it.. The online banking system is clear and easy to understand and the security is excellent. I chose Triodos because of their ethical values, but I’m very happy with the whole package. Its so good to read about the amazing projects that...

Its so good to read about the amazing projects that our money is invested in. And to actually trust a bank. Thats something new. Whenever i have got in touch with a question or issue it has been quick and easy. Im just sad i cant open a business current account with them, and that they arent opening kids savings accounts at the moment.
