Triodos is very responsive

Triodos is very responsive to enquiries and I can use the banking app for their FAQs or email via online banking with any questions or requirements. The app is intuitive and easy to use, and I feel in control of my account. It was the ethos of the bank that drew me to them initially which so far permeates in their day-to-day business and communication. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Ethical banking

I am very satisfied

I am almost perfectly satisfied with my experience with Triodos. My only issue is that I have to do a lot of transactions in other currencies (mostly euro and dollars) and that is costly currently. I would love Triodos to find other ethical banks outside of the UK with which to collaborate to make this more efficient. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

I am proud to be with Triodos because..

I love the ease of accessing my account from my iPhone and my laptop at anytime. I feel proud to have other accounts with Triodos and that they are such an ethical bank.
