Great ethical bank.

The only truly ethical bank that helps support both small and large organisations who are helping create diverse ways of improving life on Earth. Customer service great.

The excellent customer service is an unexpected bonus!

I love the fact that I can speak to someone in customer service - and not a chatbot. The customer service team is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. My account is easy to manage on line - the instructions are clear and it does everything a bank account should.
