A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. I only opened my account recently as a result of listening to Gillian Burke's podcast, but what I have seen and learned about Triodos so far I'm impressed with. Best bank personal customer service

personal help, yes a real person, helps me deal with any query, problem that I have with the banking. Best bank customer service I have had, and i'm getting on a bit and have banked with a shedload of awful banks in my time. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

what more do you want from a bank

Triodos best environmental credentials

We moved to Triodos as it had the highest environmental rating on Condumer Magazine. Our experience has been excellent, good security systems, great mobile phone app. Good savings rates too. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024
