I always appreciate the down-to-earth nice normal feel I get when I speak to any customer service representative at Triodos. Always very polite and helpful. Ethical and friendly

Somewhat basic tech is more than offset by ethical merits.

Ethical banking

Triodos, the truly ethical bank and friendly to boot

I never thought I would feel good about putting my money into a bank, but I am now actual proud to bank with Triodos. That's because I find it totally transparent, it lends money to organisations that are doing good in the world, it keeps me informed about its banking developments and it is friendly and always helpful.
