Straightforward, ethical: win

Been banking with them for years, and their Internet banking service has always been more straightforward to use, with a less convoluted design, than the other banks I deal with. Humans over profit

When needed, I've been able to speak to a human being easily, without any long call queue. The query was resolved efficiently. I like the fact that this is a bank with values, unlike some of my previous experiences with other banks who penalised people struggling too manage their money with very high interest rates for overdrafts.
