Best bank for our future

The Ethical Bank

Since moving to Triodos I have been delighted with the service and they have put money into clean energy, green projects and companies. That fits my and my wife's views and we have also invested in some of the projects Triodos support. Reviewed on: 24th March 2023

Simple ethical banking

Triodos make banking simple. Their customer service is outstanding and they’ve seamlessly helped me navigate a couple tricky situations involving account fraud and getting a refund from an airline. I feel good banking with them as it’s very important to me where I put my money. I refuse to bank with a business who funds fossil fuels or other unethical interests. Reviewed on: 24th March 2023

Ethical investment: sleeping better at night

While switching a proportion of my banking to Triodos I have slept safer and sounder at night knowing that I have a) NOT banked with a former colonial banking power b) facilitated ethical investments through my banking with Triodos. There were hiccups acquiring my PIN number when first activating the account, with phone staff being a little impatient and inexperienced, but phone agents since have been very polite and helpful. There are 2 improvements I'd love to see: 1) stricter security in accessing the app and my account 2) the ability to deposit cash My honest review for a more honest bank. Thanks Triodos!
