Great customer service as well as ethical

I transferred to Triodos bank a month ago and so far everything has gone smoothly. They always answer the phone very promptly and are extremely helpful in resolving issues that come up. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

I can’t praise Triodos enough.

Not just ethical

I've never had a serious problem with Triodos and they've been excellent at resolving issues over the phone when I've needed them to. They don't just rest on being ethical, they are a really great bank too. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. When my card stopped working they quickly sent a new one and gave me a voucher as compensation. It was totally unprompted and a great gesture. I've always had good experiences when I've needed to contact them. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Friendly and efficient service. Great app and web tools for account management. Very proactive and efficient with unusual transactions. Useful and informative communications on how the bank is investing. Of course not forgetting the ethical focus of the bank, which was a key reason for me joining. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
