I have had my account over 4 years and never experienced any problems. If ever I have had a query, it has been dealt with efficiently and in a polite manner. The mobile banking app is nice and easy to navigate. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Ethical and easy to use!

I find the Triodos app very easy to use and it’s great that I can now have my debit card in my Apple Wallet. But what I like most about Triodos is their ethical values and how they support ethical companies. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Triodos are fantastic.

Triodos are fantastic. I am never left on hold and the customer service is great. I really like the app and have tell anyone who asks how great Triodos are! An ethical bank is essential for me and I enjoy reading the updates on their investments. Great bank, with morals and values

Great bank, only really ethical bank, you know where your money goes, customer services are very responsive and helpful. It’s a smaller bank which means it feels less detached from the real people. Not in it just for the profits. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
