Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Excellent service for real people.

There's always someone on the end of the phone or in the app chat facility to answer questions with spending hours listening to elevator music while I'm trying to work. And the chat appears to be a real person not AI/chatbot. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025
