Great customer service and safe knowledge that my money is having a positive impact in the world.

Easy to get hold of customer services at their head office in Bristol and they are very helpful. Lots of progress in their mobile app and have recently been able to move away from the digipass so I can do all my transactions on my mobile which is great! Reviewed on: 26th March 2023

A bank with a future!

It feels good to support a bank which has sustainability and good ethics at its core. It is the reason why I bank with Triodos. They are the only bank I know which is taking an active and responsible role in trying to tackle climate change. Not all money and finance has to have negative consequences for the planet!! Fantastic ethical banking

All banks should be like this

Triodos is a bank I am proud to have my money with. I've previously banks with all the main Highstreet banks, and have had disappointment with products, customer care etc. And since becoming more aware of climate change and Biodiversity loss, I've also considered the impact of my banks investments. I heard about Triodos and decided to switch to them. I could not have been happier. An ethical bank with superb and transparent investment, and I can see what they all are! On top of that, when I've had any concerns, like worrying about an online purchase I made, they're customer care has always been thoughtful, polite and wonderfully efficient. I recently changed mortgage, and decided not to go with the cheapest package - which was from one high street bank - because of their investment ethics. I went for a less bad option, but slightly more expensive. When Triodos offer mortgages, I'll be going with them! Triodos are how all banks should be. Reviewed on: 26th March 2023
