Ethical

Ethical switch but not disappointed

My main reason for switching to Triodos was an ethical one but in practice there is almost nothing I miss from my previous 'big' banking provider. Quick internal transfers, simple payment processing, easy access to statements over and above straightforward account access. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025

Very happy customer of Triodos since 2018.

If and when I have had to contact customer service, my request is dealt with very quickly. Been a customer since 2018 and have no plans to go elsewhere.
