Utterly brilliant from start to finish.

Utterly brilliant from start to finish. Really helpful phone assistance, when needed. Nothing felt scripted and I was entirely listened to. Simple easy to use app. What more could you ask? Oh... I know... the fact my money is being looked after by an ethical, environmentally minded bank. I know that it will be doing better for the planet and communities who need it. I have had a Triodos current account for a few years...

I have had a Triodos current account for a few years now. I do online banking with them. All the services seem to work well. I have rarely had to contact them but when I have done the telephone contact is quick and efficient, and has always remedied my query. Emailing Triodos is similarly effective.
