Ethical

Unlike almost every other bank. Somewhere I feel my money is doing good. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Long term current account customer very happy now!

Having been a customer for over 5 years their current account offering has improved massively over that time and now is 95+% the functionality of the major banks - my only complaint is that faster payments are slower than the likes of Lloyds or Starling and if you send them outside of hours, sometimes there can be a longer delay although I have not experienced this for a while. In terms of their savings products, I think they could be a bit more flexible, 3 withdrawals a year to get an OK interest rate is not competitive but the ethical side makes up for this which should matter to all of us. I am looking to use some of the funds for long terms savings which again have a larger fee than some, but the ethics is critical for all of us. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025

Bank on the Future

The 'make my money matter' campaign really opened my mind to ways of ensuring what I do personally can make a significant difference in the face of climate breakdown. Switching to an ethical bank is sooo easy, but which one? Triodos stood out for simple no nonsense banking and the tree planting! Keep fighting the good fight! Bravo! Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025

Ethical switch but not disappointed

My main reason for switching to Triodos was an ethical one but in practice there is almost nothing I miss from my previous 'big' banking provider. Quick internal transfers, simple payment processing, easy access to statements over and above straightforward account access. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025
