Switched from a big high street bank - very happy with the result.

Switching to Triodos was easy and quick - very happy with the process. A few teething issues with the account to start with - unable to make online payments to certain providers. I raised this with the customer service team and found it quickly resolved so I now have all the functionality of my previous account, but with an ethical bank. Reviewed on: 16th December 2019

Responsible banking is so easy

We try to be responsible about how we spend our money in other ways, so why not with banking. Even better, it doesn't feel like we get second class service whilst in pursuit of an ethical investment. Excellent online banking experience

I tranferred to a Triodos online current account almost 2 years ago as I wanted to be part of a bank with an ethical and sustainable investment policy. Online banking with Triodos seems secure and is very user friendly. There were no issues with the transfer from my old account. I have only dealt with customer service on one occasion due to an issue with a cash machine run by another bank and the issue was dealt with easily and swiftly by friendly Triodos staff. I know my money is being used for positive ends

I opened a Triodos Personal Current Account because I know that Triodos will use my money only to finance projects that will have a positive impact on both society and the environment. For example they may finance renewable energy generation, but not fossil fuel extraction. This is important to me. Reviewed on: 16th December 2019
