Best ethical bank by far!

They have no branches, as far as I’m aware… but that’s perfectly fine. If you have a Triodos you will rarely need to speak to them because the accounts, the website and the App just work! But if you do need to speak to them you will find yourself dealing with polite, friendly staff who are eager to do whatever it takes to make your “customer experience” as good as it could possibly be! I really can’t overstate my case… Triodos is simply the best bank…. They just need to offer a credit card to put the cherry on the cake! Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Lovely, clean banking!

Excellent customer service; peace of mind in that there’s no blood money from supporting industries that profit from arms, fossil fuels or damaging pharmaceuticals. Very easy to switch and the whole experience from a compostable debit card to the ethical savings, ISAs, investment funds and current accounts available, is a fully workable and future proof way of conducting everyday necessities in the financial world. Its nice to know that money can actually do some good rather than the opposite. I bank with Triodos because I believe we all should do everything we can to make the world a better place for upcoming human generations as well as all other species. Conscious banking

I’ve been banking with Triodos for a few years now and I honestly can’t fault them. The most important aspect for me is that my hard-earned money is being used for good causes, helping local communities to thrive and investing into projects, which have sustainability at heart.
