Conscientious bank, easy to use app

Nice to know that what little savings I have are invested appropriately. Have to start thinking consciously about the next generations futures and start being responsible. Very ethical bank with great customer service

I switched to Triodos a couple of months ago, and it has been a breeze. Their customer service is absolutely top-notch, andthe switching process was made super easy by them. Banking that feels good

I love the experience of banking with Triodos. They are so transparent about what they do it makes me feel better about where I'm putting my money. Also, small things but I love the design of their cards and their app - always a nice reminder that you're banking ethically. Their customer service is great and their call handlers are always very friendly and happy to help. If I had to say what I'd like to improve, I wish there were physical banks I could visit. I miss being able to debit cash into my account. Also, the process with sending cheques in the post can be a bit daunting and slow. Although these minor inconveniences aren't enough to make me stop using Triodos. They still remain the best bank in my eyes. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022
