Feel good

It feels good to have an account with a bank that I know is ethical and that my money is being used to do good things. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

Positive ethical investment policy

I transferred my current account to Triodos when the current account was first available because I was looking for more ethical banking. I was previously with Co-op bank. I particularly like that Triodos makes positive ethical investment decisions rather than just avoiding unethical investments. I have occasionally found the website a bit difficult to negotiate (eg recently when trying to adjust a standing order) but when I ring up for assistance the staff are very helpful and my problem is sorted out quickly.
