Excellent simplified banking that's ethical and sustainable

Great bank, all services of conventional mainstream bank including great app. Clear communication on services and products. Plus the business ethos is something worth supporting. Reviewed on: 17th April 2021

Triodos: all the thinking person coukd need from a bank!

Having had ethical bank accounts before that suffered from poor or seemingly indifferent customer service, Triodos delivers ethical transparency and good customer service. You know they are keeping an eye on your security with email and text updates on payments, and they respond when you approach them. I enjoy looking at their map that's shows wherever I am in the country which sustainable, beneficial enterprises they support. Reviewed on: 17th April 2021

Looking after your money

I’ve always experienced really helpful and responsive customer service whenever I’ve needed it, which isn’t much because online banking and the mobile app is really straightforward. I know my money is safe and being managed and invested ethically , which takes away the worry of whether I am unwittingly supporting something I don’t agree with. Great service and real impact

The current account works very well and customer support has been very good and reliable even during the coronavirus pandemic. But the most important thing is that the money is invested in things that matter, in a more transparent way, and in projects that have a positive environmental and social impact. It's all about ethics

I switched from the Co-op bank after they allowed hedge funds. I want a bank that looks after my money but also help my community and the wider global community. With all the lies tax evasion and corruption in big business I want to feel safe my savings do not come at the cost of someone else. Additionally their website and customer care are excellent. Ethical, friendly with easy to use services
