Brilliant banking experience

I am so glad I made the switch to Triodos for my current account - they are very responsive and I’ve had no problems doing anything at all, even paying a cheque in is easy in spite of the fact there are no branches. Any queries are answered promptly and it feels good to know that my money is being used in a positive way. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

Sustainable banking at its best!

Real ethical bank

I love Triodos bank. I feel safe that my money won't be invested in petrol companies and will fund local projects instead. Their customer service is efficient and very kind, it makes you feel part of a community rather than a customer. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

Banking and Using your Money Ethically

Triodos is the only bank where you can be certain any profits which Triodos make will be reinvested in sustainable businesses, charities and products. Their financing model is unique and the bank does not have shareholders, so they are not subject to demands from outside forces such as the stock market, which means that their mission to use money only for a sustainable society is safeguarded. Ethical and personal!

its great knowing that my money and savings are contributing towards a better planet via Triodos’ ethical approach to banking. The products are also excellent value, with prices and interest rates better than the big high street banks in many cases, and the customer service is personal, efficient and friendly. Really Ethical
