The only choice for ethical banking

I've had my savings with Triodos for several years and recently moved my current account over too. The switch was simple and pain free, and the customer service has been excellent throughout, including when I lost my digipass. I love receiving the 6 monthly magazine and reading about the fantastic initiatives my money is supporting. I'm yet to find another bank with anywhere near the ethical credentials of Triodos. Love this bank

I’ve been with Triodos for about 15 years, ISA, savings account and, now, current account. None of my accounts have large sums of money but I love the fact it’s being used in a responsible, people- focused way. Every time I’ve had to phone the bank the staff are very helpful and friendly. Just like a bank, but one you can be proud of!

Triodos has been great: a seamless switch from my old account, instant transactions on the app to keep track of ins and outs, and help on the phone if you need it. Now I know what it was like for those folks in the olden days with their gold Amex cards - except mine's a Triodos with a green leaf! Reviewed on: 28th February 2021
