Feel good

Great ethical bank

I have been with Triodos for over 5 years now, the customer service has always been excellent and I’m reassured that my savings with them are not directly funding fossil fuel and mineral extraction that threatens our existence on this planet Reviewed on: 7th April 2023

Excellent customer service

I experienced a problem with a direct debit not being taken from my Triodos current account to another company. I contacted both parties, but only Triodos actually listened, took it seriously and ascertained that no DD mandate had ever been sent by the other company (who didn’t investigate and didn’t care). Having contacted Triodos before, the staff are always polit and seek to be helpful. Reviewed on: 7th April 2023
