Feel good

Great ethically - limited api

Really like the account and the app. The main thing that stops me recommending to friends is the lack of support for google/Apple Pay and other banking apps. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

People centred service

The initial and main reason for choosing to bank with Triodos was for its ethical convictions and credentials and my experience ,If I’ve ever needed to call and speak to someone at Triodos, has always been ones that’s felt very much people centred, positive, friendly and that nothing is too much trouble.. The only true ethical bank

Everything about banking with Triodos is perfect for me. Its ethical , its transparent and its supports the things that matter to me like People and our Planet. I'm a very small customer but the bank staff always treat and query or question as if I'm the most important customer in their patch. No nonsense easy to use ethical banking

Does all the things you expect of a current account, a small monthly fee, no added extras that you don’t need anyway, an app that works and allows for 2 factor authentication - a big improvement on the old smart cards. All this knowing that it’s a small bank with impeccable ethics, and, should you need to use it, first class customer service. It’d get a 10/10 if it just had Apple Pay. Next year maybe? I chose to move to Triodos because I wanted a bank which didn’t support industry which is bad for the planet. They work effectively as a bank and supported the moving process really well. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023
