I've been concerned about the ethics of investment for many years and my main account was with the Co-operative Bank. But some years ago I took another look at how British banks operated, their policies and record and it was clear that TRIODOS was well clear of the rest. Everything is clear and transparent, their service is excellent and at last I have confidence that my money/savings are managed with decisions based on ethics not profits. Ethical and Reliable Banking

It’s good to know I’m banking with an honest business with integrity, which shares its profits with other ethical small businesses and projects. It’s easy to use even when I’m on the move - in the days when we could move about! On the rare occasions when I’ve needed to ask a question, the on line questions get a fairly prompt response, and if I really need to, I can speak to a human being! Reviewed on: 26th February 2021

Fantastic Friendly Ethical and Efficient

This bank combines a friendly and efficient service with investment in ethical projects. When things sometimes go wrong their customer support is excellent. The one and only for ethical banking

It is so easy to become confused when looking for an ethical bank account or for responsible savings. And it is quite hard for the average person to devote a large amount of time verifying claims made by banks and other institutions, as they can be veiled in confusing statements which put you off searching any further. Triodos bank is up front about what it does, it has a great track record and always reports back on who it is helping and how. The bank has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in this sector and I trust them with my money, and in using it to make a genuine difference. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021
