The greenest bank I know

I want to have our money looked after by an ethical bank which supports organisations working for social justice and green issues in particular - Triodos does just that. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021

Top marks for all you have set up, and how it is arranged.

I think I have had an account with Triodos for upwards of ten years: the 'High Interest' cheque account. This was in the hope that at some point Triodos would launch a national everyday credit account. I was delighted when then online account was finally opened, and it has fulfilled my hopes & expectations. My only reservation is that it sometimes takes a long time to get to talk to someone on the 'phone. But this is the same with most other national organisations. But top marks for all you have set up, and how it is arranged, and also for the advice that is easily available when I have made contact! Reviewed on: 26th February 2021

A personable bank where you feel you money is working for the greater good

I have been banking with Triodos for over ten years and jumped at the chance to open a current account when it became available. SInce then I have never regretted the decision. The customer service is great, I feel my money is secure and the culture of the bank aligns with my own values. The current account delivers what I need and I am always intetrested in the investments and communication that is provided by the bank. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021

An ethical and reliable bank

Happy and relieved

A wholly ethical bank with super service

We moved to Triodos in December 2019 primarily to shift our banking away from an unethical and environmentally damanaging multinational bank where we felt uncomfortable doing business. Triodos offers a great banking service, with top account security and helpful staff and it feels hugely empowering to be part of their movement - focussed on supporting sustainable businesses working for the green economy. You get what you pay for...

For a small amount each month, I get great service with helpful staff when things need sorting out. By paying, I know that they know I expect to get something in return... and I certainly do get something. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021

It feels good to know your bank is a force for good

The transition from my old bank to Triodos has been completely trouble free. I haven't felt a drop off in the service I need, but I do feel a lot better know my money is going to worthwhile enterprises and isn't contributing to fossil fuel extraction or arms manufacturing and the like.
