Flagship of Fairness

I completely support everything Triodos Bank stands for. It proves not just that it is not necessary to be unethical or 'cut corners' in order to prosper, but that being ethical and supporting community development are ways to benefit savers, lenders and borrowers. Triodos offers fair Savings and Current Accounts and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Best ever customer service

Whenever I've needed advice or help, the staff at Triodos have always been wonderful. I get a pension from overseas and occasionally which initially caused some difficulties but it was easily resolved with help from their staff. They are always courteous, friendly, and go out of their way to solve whatever it is you need help with. Also, they have an awesome playlist, for the rare occasion they need to put you on hold. :-) I wouldn't be without Triodos. Bank for life! Reviewed on: 26th February 2021

People-Ethics-People

I opened both current and savings accounts because of Triodos' ethical use of its customers' money. But the big surprise was its customer service! If I ring up and no one is able to take the call promptly, you leave a message and they soon ring you back. I've never come across customer service like this before! Reviewed on: 26th February 2021

A bank that does what it should but with an eye on the sustainability of the world.
