An outstanding service with sound ethical roots

I try to live as ethically and environmentally responsibly as possible and I wanted a bank that cared about these things too, so that I could be confident of my money being used to support ethical causes. I've had an excellent experience of banking with Triodos - both the web portal and the mobile app are intuitive and easy to use and I feel that transactions are secure. Communications from Triodos to my as a Current Account Holder are also outstanding - they go out of their way to tell me about what they are using my money to do and I whole heartedly support every project! I have business banked with Triodos for years and was delighted when they launched a personal current account. They communicate well with customers, they provide a human customer service and they share great stories about the sectors they invest in, showing how my money is put to genuinely good use in projects and business that improve life and the environment. Feel good banking

Ethical and Environmental Banking is what the country needs

I used to bank with a major high street bank until I realised all my savings were funding fossil fuels. I switched to Triodos and I've had absolutely no issues with the switch or subsequent interactions. Very happy to bank with them and recommend them to any and everyone.
