Transparent, ethical banking

Best thing I did, moving to Triodos

I moved my current account to Triodos in 2020 and have never regretted it. A great organisation, such a relief knowing your money is being cared for and lent ethically, an easy to use app to manage transactions and great customer service if you need to call in person. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2023

Climate change action

Ethical, efficient, personal

Staff are there when you need them on the phone. Very efficient app to manage accounts. Sufficient but not too many communications to keep abreast of developments or changes. Constant evolution of the banking system that improves efficiency. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2023
