Excellent customer service: not frustrating to access, knowledgeable, skilled and helpful staff. When managing a sensitive time involving house sale and an investment, very supportive. No mistakes ever. Top of the range several layered on line security. Excellent security education and communications. Transparent regarding their work to be the most ethical possible. Better for Everyone. Simply

Triodos appeals mostly because of it's outstanding ethical commitment and ethos, but it is also a bank that works well for it's customers. The app and website are easy to use, the accounts on offer are clear and have enough variation and communication is informative and easy to manage. I would encourage everyone to change to Triodos to build a better world and greener communities, whilst also looking after your money safely and very well. Reviewed on: 24th February 2021

Would recommend

Hopefully I will have some savings to invest soon, and I will be saving with Triodos! I only have a current account currently, but its great to know the ethics behind the bank and where the money goes. Reviewed on: 24th February 2021
