Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Banking with a clear conscience

I have been with Triodos with 1 year now. My key reason of changing current accounts was to switch to a truly ethical bank. Triodos is that. Money doing good

I love that our money is being used for good and not for harm. I love that Triodos invest in environmental projects, helping make the world better for our children. I love that I get sent things to read about what Triodos are doing and I don't have to hunt it out, it feels very transparent. All good so far

Since there were no options for an ethical bank with local branch I decided to transfer my current account to Triodos. I already had investments with Triodos and greatly admired their ethos. I have not had any problems with thew current account. Reviewed on: 30th January 2023

Trustworthy ethical banking

Triodos Bank's online banking portal is easy to use and well designed. When I have needed to contact the customer services team, they have always been very polite and friendly, resolving my problem quickly and with little work required on my part.
