Wish I'd switched earlier

I have recently switched my current account & savings account to Triodos, & it was so easy. So far the customer service has been great, the app is brilliant & I only wish I'd switched from my previous bank to Triodos earlier! Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

Great ethical bank

Its great to bank with Triodos who you know will invest your money in ways that you are comfortable with, unlike a lot of other banks. The customer service is also friendly and efficient. I'm much happier now I've moved my current account and ISA over to Triodos. Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

Best environmentally conscious bank.

Triodos has, to my opinion, the best attitude towards the use of money in relation with the environment. They are conscious of the impact we can have so its worthwhile to support that initiative by banking with them. Reviewed on: 18th February 2021

If all banks were like Triodos our world would be a much better place

The ethical approach is faultless. The banking experience isn't quite as polished as their larger competitors: have to use a digi pad, transfers to other banks aren't quite as quick as other banks. You have to pay a small amount for a current account. But...100% worth it in my opinion. Reviewed on: 18th February 2021
