Ethical and helpful good to have an alternative to the coop bank

I switched to Triodos when co-op bank started to lose some of it's ethical base. It's all on line which as woman in mid- 60s took a while to get used to but it's fine now. I find when I email or ring staff they are very helpful and see genuinely interested in my queries not going through a routine response. My only quibble really is the tiny reader I have to use when doing on line things. It's small and key pad tiny. I dont have big hands but it isnt easy to use. Reviewed on: 15th February 2021

I wish I had switched to Triodos sooner!

They are a pleasure to bank with. Customer service is fantastic, it all feels more honest, like they actually want to do things properly. Customer friendly ethical bank.
