Efficient, ethical, reliable

I have been a Triodos customer for over 3 years now. The ethical nature of their work is an inspiration, but it is also wonderful to know that this focus does not detract from the customer experience at all. Triodos have always been responsive, helpful, efficient, and dynamic, through various house moves, account changes, and changes in my financial situation. So pleased to find a bank that uses my money for good and holds ethical values.
