New way of banking

The entire banking system needs to be completely overhauled so that it serves ordinary working people - not bankers who cream off massive salaries, bonuses etc., as if it was their own money. Triodas leading the way in bringing on a new economic order Reviewed on: 15th February 2021

My experience with Triodos has been one of living more in tune with my values. I can research exactly where they are putting my money, I can read about the companies they support and it is actually something I’ll say to my friends who are looking to change banks. It is simply the only bank I trust not to invest in fossil fuel. If I’m going to have to have a bank account to participate in society, I will only accept a bank that is 100% transparent and mission-led towards sustainability. Reviewed on: 15th February 2021

Efficient and user friendly with real people!

Having become progressively fed up with the "high street" (who ar anything but!) banks who didn't seem to bother listening to us customers over both big and small things that annoy us, I was thrilled to find a bank that does seem to care - AND is ethical as well! The fact that even during lockdown I was able to speak to a real live person IMMEDIATELY who wasn't just reading from a script to get rid of me or having had to work through LOADS Of automated responses none of which ever seemed the right oens for what I needed to speak to anyone about!) was a MAJOR bonus. I moved my business banking to them too once I realised what seemed to be too good to be true was actually true. They tick every box as far as I am concerned. :-) Reviewed on: 15th February 2021

Triodos Bank offer a safe and effective banking system, while investment of money and their time too goes into the wider community, having positive environmental impacts, and reaching out to the more marginalised.
