a truly ethical bank

Triodos seems fairly unique in being a bank that is guided by sustainability and ethics in everything it does. it is a real source of pride to bank with them, and gives me confidence that my investments are being used for good rather than causing more harm to the world Reviewed on: 15th February 2021

An ethical bank with good customer service

I am new to Triodos' current account and it is the first time I have banked on line.I have found it easy to use.I love the principles that the bank is based on and glad that my money is going to good use in the world. Reviewed on: 15th February 2021

Banking that's entirely led by ethical standards

In this age of greater awareness about what banks get up to, Triodos stands out. Unwilling to make money from investments that don't make a positive impact, they are the only bank to publish a list of all the organisations to which they lend money. Unwilling to make money by fining disorganised customers, they simply charge everyone £3 a month. I miss not being able to scan cheques with an app, but there's a freepost address for them instead. Ethical, Innovative, Honest

I wanted a bank that would use the power of my money to do more than simply provide a return and make profit. I wanted a bank that would not invest the power of my money in harmful industries and practices but rather in forward-thinking, positive-minded people. I wanted a bank whose missions reflected my own concerns and values and supported changes that I felt were long overdue, credible and possible. Reviewed on: 15th February 2021

REsponsive to customer demand, transparent and high integrity in their dealings.

Triodos really do put their money where their mouth is. They go beyond lip service to provide a banking service that is high on integrity and transparency. I find their newsletters inspiring and interesting, and fully support Triodos in their priorities for lending and investment. I feel like I'm a part of this bank, not just a distant customer. Their customer service is responsive and accommodating, and they've adapted and evolved over the years I've been with them, to offer a competitive, easy-to-use service that I really value. I love Triodos

Triodos is the bank I've been looking for my whole life. They're small and friendly with excellent customer service. They also aim to do good with their customer's money, caring about people, communities, and the environment. Triodos makes this a priority for everybody who banks with them and this is why I don't want to bank with anyone else. Reviewed on: 15th February 2021

Best ethical bank in the UK

Fed up with the major banks using my money to enable company policies that I could not in good conscience support. I searched for an ethical bank operating in the UK and found these guys - Triodos.
