Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. It's good to know your money is being handled by a bank committed to sustainability. Whenever I've needed to contact Triodos for help my query has been dealt with promptly and efficiently. Exactly what I am looking for

The ethical investment aspect is the most important aspect for me. Other banks talk green but still invest in fossil fuels showing a preference for short term profit over long term sustainability. The Triodos app is easy to use and the telephone support is good. Reviewed on: 19th January 2023
