Ethics and great service

The app has been fantastic and is easy to use, intuitive. When I have had to call then I have always got through to someone who has taken an interest and been able to help me - no endless waiting and being passed from team to team. Primarily however I'm with Triodos for the ethical standpoint they take, the improved service is just a bonus! Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Triodos supports communities and the environment

Website is clear to follow, people who answer the phone are friendly and informative and most of all I know my money is being used to support the things I care about and is not invested in companies that harm the environment or communities. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Great bank doing great work socially & environmentally

Always responsive and quick to answer and deal with any queries or requests. Doing great things by putting their money where their mouth is in terms of investing in socially and environmentally conscious initiatives. Take customer feedback onboard - they now even have Apple Pay as the icing on the cake. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Triodos bank are an innovative and supportive bank

Triodos bank has always been very supportive of me and provided amazing customer service, particularly when I had my current account bank details leaked and had money stolen from that account, they made the process of recovering those funds so easy. Also, Triodos are constantly innovating and making improvements to the Triodos app, the most recent change has been to implement a chat function. Triodos provide me with an excellent banking service all while making ethical improvements to the world we live in, which is something to be proud of. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025
